New EDA 2.1.2 version

Jortilles is pleased to announce the release of the new version 2.1.2 of Enterprise Data Analytics. After another year of hard work we have a shiny new version of EDA. The best to date.
Our Edalitics users, the EDA cloud service, are now up to date and we know they are very satisfied.
Below is a summary of the most notable new features:
- New query mode: The TreeModel. Now, advanced users can make queries on complex models that do not respect the dimensional model. EDA can work on relational models in 3NF format.
- New what-if measures to make dynamic analyses.
- Possibility of duplicating columns and renaming them in queries.
- New graph: 100% stacked bars.
- New graph: KPI + graph combination graph.
- Possibility of generating data models from an excel.
- New algorithm for cross tables. Now you can design your cross table however you want.
- Possibility of adding non-numeric fields to count dates or texts.
- Possibility of defining the join type (lef join, inner join, right join)
- Improved management of user permissions and greater control over data access filters (Row Level Security).
- Possibility of defining data access permissions dynamically.
- Easier to create, modify and delete reports.
- Improvements in application auditing. All data access is perfectly recorded.
- Improvements in usability and explanations about data access.
- Improvements in the management of calculated columns.
- Improvements in the management of related reports to be able to make a master-detail report.
- Improvements in the procedure for connecting to databases (SSL, Custom Parameters, etc.)
- Improvements in the control of anonymous users.
- Improvements in the management of nulls in data.
- Added an information / help page.
- Possibility of defining the visibility of report filters.
- We have added an APIDoc (swagger)
- Ability to pass labels to data models, report search and reports that will be propagated to the connection.
- Improvements in report labels.
- Ability to define the visibility of report filters. Active, deactivated and hidden.
- Ability to define parent-child relationships.
- Enabled SSO with a third-party identity provider.
- Ability to make http calls from the dashboard.

This time we have many new features. and some of them really important. That’s why we have decided to do a free in-person workshop to explain it in detail. It will be next Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Itnig, on Pujades street 69 in Barcelona. Places are limited. So it is necessary to register EARLY to secure a spot.
