New EDA version 3.0.0 :: Edalitics

This year marks the 5th anniversary of the first version of EDA. The first YouTube video is from October 2019: https://youtu.be/7KxIgob78Cg. We had three charts and no report filters. Since then, we’ve evolved significantly. However, the vision is the same. With EDA 3, we’ve taken a leap forward in usability. It’s cleaner, more organized, and more intuitive. While maintaining our goal of creating a tool accessible to all types of users.

Edalitics, EDA’s cloud platform, is gaining importance, and we’ve decided to unify names. From now on, everything will have a single name: Edalitics. The project will now be known as Edalitics, both the code, which remains open source, and the cloud service.

Edalitics 3 represents a leap forward in both design and technical aspects. It now runs on Angular 17, allowing for greater agility and fluidity, as well as incorporating a host of new features.

But there are even more important changes. Edalitics 3 integrates AI. You can now ask ChatGPT about your data.

In addition to many other new features:

• The ability to mix reports and data sources: You can now import charts from third-party reports, allowing you to combine different data sources. You can now have sales data, website visits, and sales team activity all on one screen without any hassle.
• Dependent filters: No more filtering by non-existent values. Now, filters interact with each other, filtering possible values.
• Auto-complete filters: Want to filter by sales receipt, but loading them all in a dropdown menu is impossible? With this new filter type, you can search through millions of receipts to find the one you want.
• Enterprise authentication: Complete refactoring of the integration, allowing login with almost anything:
  • SAML
  • OAUTH
  • Google
  • Microsoft
  • Mixed + database
  • Active Directory

• Rich tables with charts and embebed code.

Plus, a lot of improvements in:
